National Welfare Officer
The role of the National Welfare
Officer is to:-
Assist with the production of up to
date information on Union welfare policies for distribution.
Assist with the liaison and
attendance at meetings with Government bodies, NUS and educational
establishments in pursuance of Union Policy.
Report to the Executive Committee
and Conference on changes in national welfare policies
likely to affect Mature Students.
Increase student awareness of the
welfare provision that a students’ union should provide.
