National President –
Margaret Davine
The role of the National President is to:-
Have overall responsibility for the National
Executive.
Reallocate duties and responsibilities in the absence
of any member of the National Executive
or through
being unable to carry out their duties for whatever reason.
Liaise with all outside bodies including Charities,
Trade Unions, Parliament and the Media.
To attend the meetings of the National Executive
Committee, National Council and Mature Students National Committee of the
National Union of Students and any other events that from time to time shall
present themselves.
Chair all meetings of the Executive Committee.
Maintain and interpret the Constitution.
